We collect the following data: surname, first name, email address, phone number, postal address (for quotes and deliveries), technical logs, photos and images of completed work (with consent).

Your data may be disclosed to: Blackbee's internal staff, technical service providers (hosting, email), and the authorities where the law requires it.
data transfers
Your data is hosted on a server located in Paris, France. No transfer outside the European Union takes place.
retention period
Customer data: for the duration of the commercial relationship + 10 years (accounting obligations). Browsing data: 13 months maximum. Photos of completed work: until you ask us to remove them.
use of photos of completed work
Blackbee may photograph its completed work (wrapped vehicles, signs, personalised textiles) for advertising purposes (website, social media). If you do not wish us to publish photos of the work carried out for you, please let us know before signing the quote.

security
Blackbee implements technical and organisational measures to protect your data: secure hosting (SSL), access limited to authorised staff, regular backups.
cookies
This site sets no cookies. Audience measurement is handled by Umami, which we host on our own server. Umami sets no cookies and collects no data that could identify you. No consent banner is therefore required.
One exception: the map on the Contact page. It loads only if you click “show the Google map”. At that point, and only then, Google sets its own cookies and receives your IP address. As long as you do not click, no request is sent to Google.
